Got My “Civil Identity Card” on 23rd June 2011

I got my Civil ID yesterday and a sample Civil ID looks like the below picture. That acts as an identity for a citizen/resident.

The 1st Day of my 3rd Month – 14th Jun 2011

My dad captured a couple of pictures of mine while I was sucking my left hand thumb. In fact I have started doing that a week ago. If you could notice, I got a bit skin allergy on my face since my mom/granny tried “Johnson's ® Baby Oil” to massage my face. And finally charging 2 KWD in Farwaniya hospital, doctor suggested to change my cosmetics from Johnson's ® Baby products to "SebaMed PH 5.5" Products. Now I got my glow back…

 

Got My Birth Certificate(s), Passport and Residency (Visa)

I got my Birth Certificate on 23^rd May 2011 as conformity of my birth in Kuwait. On 26^th May 2011 I got my Indian Passport (My crazy papa got his passport at his 21^st year and my poor mom at her 23^rd )  and On 27^th May 2011 I got my Birth Certificate confirming my Indian Citizenship from the Embassy of India, Kuwait.

My papa stamped my Residency (Visa) on 06^th June 2011 valid for 2 years and applied for Civil Id the next day of stamping… Will let you know as soon I got my Civil Id.

I got the thing, I was thinking for...

The moment I born- 14th Apr 2011 @ 11:20 PM,Thursday

Hi… I was born on 14^th of April 2011 at 11:20 PM nearly the midnight in Farwaniya hospital-Kuwait. And was in NICU/SCBU for about 21 days due to some breathing problem as I have been vacuumed out with a delay of 13 hours and went home on 5^th May 2011 making my dad to quit smoke. I was named as “Mohit Surya” on 13^th May 2011 and the rest will be posted by my dad in later on articles.
